Brad Dunning serves as the Director of Integration Services at Networking Technologies and Support (NTS), where he orchestrates the coordination of senior technical resources for both project implementation and resolution of technical issues. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in networking and systems, Brad has played a crucial role in NTS’s evolution from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), facilitating the company’s remarkable growth.

In his previous capacity as Director of Managed Services, Brad was responsible for overseeing all aspects of client engagement, emphasizing unparalleled service delivery, devising strategic service initiatives, and proactively identifying and addressing evolving technology requirements. He collaborates closely with NTS leadership and the wider IT community to meticulously assess technology needs and strategic objectives, ensuring that clients consistently receive exemplary IT support and solutions.

Under Brad’s leadership, NTS’s portfolio has expanded to encompass a comprehensive range of services, including client support, 24/7 service desk support, desktop engineering, server and network administration, enterprise services, Security operations, and IT educational programming.
