Founder & CEO ∷ ITPartners+

Starting with a $350 investment 16 years ago, 34-year-old Kevin Damghani is now the owner of 5 companies and an acknowledged leader in the managed service provider space.

That company that Kevin founded at age 19, Computer Rescue 911 grew to become a Premiere Apple Authorized Service Provider, a rare accomplishment and one of only two in West Michigan and he further led that company to a successful multi-million-dollar exit.

Today, Kevin has founded ITPartners+ and offers services to governments and partners with existing IT departments. Multi award winning ITPartners+ is one of the top 100 partners—out of over 18,000 world-wide—for Datto-brand backup and disaster recovery products. Because of this success with Datto he was asked in January 2018 to be part of the global advisory board that guides the development of Datto products and go to market strategies.

With the ITPartners+ brand, Kevin set out to differentiate the company culturally as well and was recognized as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For within the first full year of operation and won this award each year since.

Every year since 2007 Kevin’s businesses have been in hypergrowth (year over year 30% or greater) and cashflow positive. In the last year his staff has grown by 200% and he is expecting to add another 50% over the next two years. Cementing this growth, ITPartners+ has been named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in America 3 years in a row.

Kevin’s passion is building community with other Managed Service Providers (MSPs). He regularly participates in a nation-wide speaking circuit for Datto and is the co-founder of an MSP peer group.

Driven by the core values of Think BIG, do great work, and make it fun, ITPartners+ mission is to positively impact people including primary and post-secondary education in El Cacique, Dominican Republic to address long term systemic change.

Kevin is married to Marita and has three young children.
