The Awards Show for the IT Community
Actors have the Oscars, Professional athletes have the ESPYs, but what about the talented IT professionals who make the world go! Modern society doesn’t move without the technology, so why don’t we recognize the professionals who make IT Happen? This year at Connect IT we will be launching the first annual “Techie Awards”, the awards show for the IT Community. Awards for both companies and individuals will be given in two categories, Managed Service Providers and IT Administration. Companies and individuals will be nominated and emailed surveys for participation. Each award winner will receive $500.
This award goes to the companies (both MSP and IT Admin) that are leveraging a tool or a set of tools with processes to reduce manual tasks associated with administering an IT environment thus reducing the time burden on Technicians/IT Administrators.
This award goes to the companies (both MSP and IT Admin) that are leveraging automation or specific technical processes to enhance the experience of the end users they serve.
This award goes to the companies (both MSP and IT Admin) who have demonstrated thought leadership within the IT Services industry by sharing best practices with peers to shape a better technical community.
This award goes to the company who has demonstrated excellence in multiple disciplines. Those disciplines include: High customer satisfaction scores, high customer retention, the use of automation to become more efficient, managing fast growth, high profits, high employee retention, commitment to tech professional development (tech certifications).
This award goes to the IT Department who has excellence in multiple disciplines. Those disciplines include: High end user satisfaction, high end user to tech ratio, the use of automation, complaint environment, high employee retention, ongoing professional development (tech certifications).
This award goes to the person who has learned the most over the last calendar year and demonstrated to put their learnings into practice to achieve great results (both MSP and IT Admin).
