Kaseya Connect 2015 will take place at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, a Four Diamond resort surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf. Guests may choose to relax in the resort’s signature Mokara spa, dine in one of the seven restaurants or enjoy 15 acres of pools and recreation activities including the 850-foot lazy river. Resort accommodations are equipped with every modern convenience and a host of luxury amenities. - Is there a special discount rate for sleeping room reservations?
Yes, Kaseya Connect attendees can take advantage of a special discounted room rate of $219 per night plus taxes and fees. This rate is available from April 7 to April 20.
- What transportation options are available?
The Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate is located approximately 24 miles from Orlando International airport. Kaseya has partnered with Mears Shuttle Service, a shared van service, for economical transportation to and from the airport. - What is the dress code?
The recommended dress code is business casual for all conference attendees.

- How much does it cost to attend Kaseya Connect 2015?
The standard registration fee for Kaseya Connect 2015 is $995.
- What is the average local temperature?
The average high temperature is 83 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius) and the average low temperature is 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius). When traveling to the Orlando area in April, it’s a good idea to pack for high temperatures. A light sweater or jacket is recommended for outdoor evening events and cooler indoor temperatures.
- How do I register for the conference?
Register for the conference online by clicking on the Register button and following the instructions in the registration portal.
- Can I bring a guest to the conference?
Kaseya is offering a pass that includes access to all meals, breaks and evening functions for the guests of Kaseya Connect attendees. Guest passes can be purchased for $495. Only one guest pass can be purchased per registered Kaseya Connect attendee. Please visit our registration portal for details.
- What does registration include?
The conference fee includes attendance at the event including access to all main stage and track sessions, conference meals, and attendance at conference special events. Attendees are responsible for the cost of their flights, accommodations, transfers and incidentals.
- What is the cost for pre-conference training?
Pre-conference training will be offered immediately preceding Kaseya Connect on April 12th and 13th. Experienced Kaseya administrators can prepare to become a Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) with our Review, Test Prep and Exam course for $995. Those new to Kaseya can get on the path to certification with our Quick Start Boot Camp for $1500, a $2500 value. Only a limited number of training seats are available.
- How do I become a presenter?
Please email your proposed session topic and speaker information to firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered for a speaking opportunity at Kaseya Connect. All available speaking opportunities are 45-60 minutes in length and will take place on April 14, 15 or 16, 2015. Kaseya reserves the right to reject any and all proposed session topics. Kaseya will only follow up on session proposals that are under consideration for inclusion at Kaseya Connect.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Attendees may cancel their registration without penalty prior to March 13, 2015. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions may be made through April 3rd 2015. To edit or cancel your registration, visit the Registration Portal and log in using the confirmation number you received during your initial registration
